Komal Kehar

Komal Kehar is a New York-based writer with a focus on architecture and interior design. In addition to completing the design research, writing & criticism program at the School of Visual Arts in 2018, Komal obtained a masters of architecture from Parsons School of Design in 2006. Komal runs MIRA PROJECTS, an interior design studio. She is grounded in the belief that design is poetic in that it can help access cultural threads and encode them into meaningful social interactions. The work that attracts her most is always in service of equity, justice, and ecological sustainability. She is inspired by working across disciplines and collaborating on projects that create a positive emotional response.

Loughlin Joseph is an editorial bureau and commercial consultancy founded by Ruari Mahon in 2021.

Our language artists are editors and writers with roots in global publishing across style, culture, design, architecture, and business. Rethinking “copy” as a function, we craft distinct brand language and identity through an approach that is integrated with values, positioning, and commercial direction.

Our commercial consulting begins at the center of a brand and builds outwards. We foster collaboration between communications and commerce. We optimize nature and strengths, which translate into seamless, full-spectrum strategies for growth.

Clients include CDLP, Centra, CHIMI, Community Clothing, FEIT, JMDS, John Sheppard, Lætitia Jacquetton, Lauren Manoogian, and Mara Hoffman.
